Guerilla Marketing Success Story Artbeat wanted to create an engaging adventure over the summer to keep customers coming in during slow months and also create buzz around a new product, the Letter-boxing and Creative Stamp Carving Kit.
Ten Secret Letterboxes were stashed in public spaces (parks and playgrounds) in Arlington and the surrounding towns. Families were given clues to find the boxes and instructions about carving their own stamps to use when they found them. Prizes were also hidden in the boxes for the first to find it. Over 200 families got involved contributing to a record summer in sales at Artbeat.
